This is a very simple and easy recipe, inspired by Martha Steward TV show. You can get kids involve in making this cupcakes.
Yield: Make 24 cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Devil’s Food Cake Mix
24 Large Marshmallows
Preparations:
Prepare and bake cupcakes as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
Let the cupcakes cool slightly. Set oven to broil.
Place one marshmallow vertically on the centre of the cupcake. Put the cupcakes back into the oven.
When the marshmallows are slightly toasted to a golden crisp. Take the cupcakes out of the oven.
Carefully press the marshmallow down with a spoon to cover the top of the cupcakes.
Tips:
Since marshmallow can be burnt in a matter of seconds. When toasting marshmallows, you’ll have to watch them closely.
