These mini tapioca cakes are always served at Chinese Dim Sum. They are sweet and chewy.
Makes 12 Servings
Ingredients:
100 g Tapioca
35 g Sugar
1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil
80 g Red Bean Paste
Preparation:
Wash and soak tapioca for 1 hour. Drain well. Add Sugar and Oil, mixed well.
Put 1 tbsp of tapioca into silicon baking cup, spread evenly on the bottom. Add red bean paste, then another layer of tapioca. Press the surface lightly.
Line baking cup in steamer. Steamed for 25 minutes until the tapioca translucent and cooked through.
