Steamed Egg(蒸水蛋)



This is my kid’s favorite dish. The Smooth and silky steamed egg goes well with steamed rice. A good way to make egg part the kid’s diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg (about 2 oz)

  • 4 oz Chicken Broths

Preparations:

1. Prepare steamer. Heat water with an empty dish.


2. Whisked egg. Add chicken broths.



3. Pour egg mixture into the heated dish in the steamer.


4. Steamed over high heat for 2 minutes. Move steamer away from heat without lifting the lid.

5. Let it sit for another 20 minutes. Serve hot.



Tips:

The egg and liquid ratio is always 1 part egg and 2 part liquid.
