Roasted Garlic with Olive Oil



Roasted Garlic with Olive Oil can be used in different recipe.  The simplest one is to use bread dipping.  The Extra Virgin Olive Oil I used contain a little bit of citrus favor.  Combine Balsamic Vinegar and the Roasted Garlic with Olive Oil, add a pinch of salt.  This is the best Olive Oil bread dip.

 

Ingredients:


  • 2 part Roasted Garlic

  • 1 part Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Methods:


  1. Mash the Roasted Garlic with half of the Olive Oil.

  2. Top off with the remaining Olive Oil.


Tips:

The Roasted Garlic with Olive Oil can be store in an airtight sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
