Roasted Garlic


Roasted Garlic can be added onto different kind of recipe. I never know roasted garlic is so easy to make. This is just perfect for all garlic lovers. I made 6 heads of garlic. With this, I get a jar of roasted garlic with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a stick of garlic butter.


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of garlic

  • 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

Preparations:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

2. Remove the outer papery layer of the garlic.

3. Cut the garlic into half horizontally.

4. Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over the cloves.

5. Fold the aluminum foil to completely enclosed it.

6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cloves feel soft when pressed.
