I saw a picture of the Reindeer cupcake one day and decided to try making it myself. It is a really fun activity for the whole family.
What you need:
Chocolate Cupcake
Chocolate Ganache
Nilla Wafers
Mini Pretzels
M&Ms
Eatable Black Marker
Royal Icing Eyes
Assemble:
1. 1 or 2 days before decorating. Pipe white buttons on Parchment Paper. This will be used as the eyes for the Reindeer.
2. 1 day before decorating. Make the chocolate cupcakes. Let it cool overnight.
3. Using Black Marker, draw eyes on the white royal icing buttons.
4. Use a knife, to cut two slots on the cupcake. Ice the top of the cupcake.
5. Put 2 pretzels, one on each slot. These are the antlers of the reindeer.
6. Add the Nilla Wafers.
7. Use the chocolate ganache as glue. Add a little bit onto one side of the M&M chocolate. Glue the chocolate onto the Nilla Wafer. This is the nose of the Reindeer.
8. Add the eyes.
