Reindeer Cupcake

I saw a picture of the Reindeer cupcake one day and decided to try making it myself.  It is a really fun activity for the whole family.

What you need:

• Chocolate Cupcakes

• Chocolate Ganache

• Nilla Wafers

• Mini Pretzels

• M&Ms

• Eatable Black Marker

• Royal Icing Eyes

Assemble:

1. 1 or 2 days before decorating.  Pipe white buttons on Parchment Paper.  This will be used as the eyes for the Reindeer.

2. 1 day before decorating.  Make the chocolate cupcakes.  Let it cool overnight.

3. Using Black Marker, draw eyes on the white royal icing buttons.

4. Use a knife, to cut two slots on the cupcake.  Ice the top of the cupcake.  Put 2 pretzels, one on each slot.  These are the antlers of the reindeer.

5. Add the Nilla Wafers.

6. Use the chocolate ganache as glue.  Add a little bit onto one side of the M&M chocolate.  Glue the chocolate onto the Nilla Wafer.  This is the nose of the Reindeer.

7. Add the eyes.
