Pull-Apart Garlic Bread


To all garlic lovers, this is another recipe that you should not miss. The soft, tender buns are easy to pull apart. This can be served as appetizers or part of the main course.

 

Ingredients:



Dough:


  • 100 g Milk

  • 90 g Egg

  • 115 g Utane Starter (See Utane Recipe)

  • 70 g Cultured Butter

  • 45 g Sugar

  • 9 g Salt

  • 300 g Bread Flour

  • 135 g Cake Flour

  • 15 g Milk Powder

  • 10 g Instant Dried Yeast

Filling:

  • ½ Cup Melted Garlic Butter (I combined Mashed Roasted Garlic with Butter)


Preparations:

1. Add all ingredients except Shredded Dried Pork into the breadmaker in the order listed.

2. Select the Dough Mode.

3. When the Dough is done, transfer the Dough to onto a cleaned floured surface. Divide Dough into small walnut size dough ball.

4. Dip each small dough ball into garlic butter. And layer the dough ball into a bundt pan or other baking pan.

5. Let rest in a warm place for 40 minutes, or until doubled in size.

6. Brush on a layer of egg wash.

7. Preheat oven to 350 F.

8. Baked for 30 minutes or until golden brown. if bread begins to brown too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
