Pork Jerky (豬肉乾)


To all Pork Jerky (豬肉乾) lovers, here is a recipe that you shouldn't missed. It's always very expensive getting Pork Jerky (豬肉乾) from the store. Why not make it yourselves.


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Minced Pork

  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Honey

Preparations:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Mixed well.

2. Let marinated overnight.

3. Preheat oven 350 degree F.

4. Put a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking pan, brush it with vegetable oil so that it’s not going to stick.


5. Spread a thin layer of minced pork onto the baking pan.

6. Baked for 15 minutes, flip the pork upside down.

7. Baked for another 10 minutes. Brush a layer of honey on the pork. Baked until golden brown.

8. Flip to another side. Brush a layer of honey. Baked until golden brown.
