Nutella Loaf



We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for kids. Let us start the day with a Nutella loaf.

 

Yield: 1 loaf


Ingredients:


Dough:

  • 65 g Milk

  • 60 g Egg

  • 75 g Utane Starter (See Utane Recipe)

  • 30 g Cultured Butter

  • 30 g Sugar

  • 6 g Salt

  • 195 g Bread Flour

  • 90 g Cake Flour

  • 11 g Milk Powder

  • 8 g Instant Dried Yeast

Fillings:

  • ¼ Cup Nutella

Preparations:

1. Add all ingredients except Shredded Dried Pork into the breadmaker in the order listed.

2. Select the Dough Mode.

3. When the Dough is done, transfer the Dough to onto a cleaned floured surface. Divided the Dough into 5 pieces. Knead into ball shaped. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

4. Flatten each dough and spread Nutella on top.

5. Roll inside.

6. Line dough in a bread pan.

7. Let rest in a warm place until it is doubled in size.

8. Brush beaten egg on surface.

9. Preheat oven to 375 F.

10. Baked for 15 minutes.
