Mussels with Thai Green Curry Sauce


Anyone who loves seafood with spicy sauce, this is a perfect match.  The sauce goes well with bread as well.  This can be served as appetizer or main dish.

 

Ingredients:


  • 2 lb Mussels

  • 1 pkg Thai Green Curry Sauce

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves


Preparations:


1. Heat Olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add onion sauté until just starts soften.



2. Add Thai Green Curry Sauce.


3. Add water and coconut milk.


4. Bring sauce to a boil.

5. Add Mussels and Bay leave.


6. Cover and steam over high heat until mussels begins to open, about 5 minutes.  Serve hot.
