Honey Pork Belly


This is a very nice weeknight recipe.  Dinner can be served within 30 minutes.  All you need is a bowl of steamed rice and veggie.

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb Pork Belly

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 2 Cloves Garlic (diced)

Preparations:

1. Slice pork belly into thick slices.

2. In a large sauce pan, add oil, pan fried pork belly in medium-high heat until fully cooked and brown.

3. Add Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Garlic and Honey.

4. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened.
