Drunken Chicken 2 (醉雞)



This is another way of making drunken chicken. Very very simple, worth to give it a try. It really taste like those in the Chinese Restaurant.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chicken Wings

  • 1 bottle Marinated Cooking Wine (糟鹵)

Preparations:

1. Steamed Chicken Wings over high heat for 20 minutes. Until fully cooked.

2. Put Chicken Wings in an ice-water bath immediately.

3. Remove chicken wings from ice-water bath. Pour a bottle of Marinated Cooking Wine.

4. Place the chicken and cooking wine mixture into a Ziploc bag. Closed tightly, try to remove as much air in the bag as possible.

5. Let it chill in the refrigerator overnight.
