Crispy Thin Crust Pizza


Yummy! Want to have a delicious crispy thin crust pizza for dinner today? This recipe is easy and simple; it can be ready to serve in 30 minutes.

 

Yield: 2 * 12” Thin Crust Pizza


Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (.25 oz) Active Dry Yeast

  • ¼ tsp Sugar

  • ¾ Cup Warm Water

  • 1 ¾ Cups All Purpose Flour

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Fillings:

  • 3 slices Smoked Ham

  • 3 slices Prosciutto

  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella

  • ½ cups Pizza sauce

  • 3 tbsp Roasted Garlic with Olive Oil


Preparation:


1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 8 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine all purpose flour, salt, olive oil.

3. Add the yeast mixture.

4. Mixed well.

5. Turn dough onto a floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes.

6. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

7. Using a rolling pin, roll dough into a 12” circle.

8. Slice ham, shredded cheese.

9. Place dough on pizza pan. Cover with your pizza sauce and toppings.

10. Bake at 500 F for 10 - 15 mintues.
