Crispy Oatmeal Cookies



These bite size cookies are a lot better than what I expected. The cookies are fluffy and crispy.

 

Ingredients:


  • 6 tbsp Soften Butter

  • 5 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 3 ½ tbsp All Purpose Flour

  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats


Preparations:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2. Cream Butter, Brown Sugar.

3. Add Vanilla Extract.

4. Fold in All Purpose Flour, Salt and Rolled Oats.

5. Spoon 1 tsp firmly packed dough onto baking sheet.

6. Baked for 15 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Use a spoon to flatten the cookies.

7. Put it back to the oven and baked for another 3 minutes.

8. Let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute then transfer to cooling rack.
