This recipe is so simple that it can never go wrong. Want a simple and delicious meal while you don’t have much time for cooking, this is a very good choice. This dish goes well with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 lb Pork Ribs (一字骨)
3 slices Ginger
2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Chinkiang Vinegar (鎮江香醋)
1 tbsp Shoa Hsing Rice Cooking Wine (紹興酒)
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 cup Water
100 g Brown Sugar (片糖)
¼ tsp Salt
Preparation:
Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute ginger, garlic and pork ribs.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a saucepan.
Bring it to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the sauce is thicken, and the pork is soften and caramelized.
